VALCALEPIO
ROSSO D.O.C.

A D.O.C. (denominazione d’origine controllata) wine from the Bergamo area, made from Merlot and Cabernet grapes grown in the municipality of Torre de’ Roveri. The grapes undergo separate vinification and then, during the course of the winter, the Bordeaux type blending takes place.

The nose contains a carefully measured mixture of vanilla aromas with fresh fruity perfumes. Its firm, dry flavour makes it a perfect accompaniment for roast red meats and game.
