This wine is made exclusively with selected Cabernet Sauvignon grapes from the municipality of Torre de’ Roveri. Careful vinification at a controlled temperature maintains their typical herbaceous aroma and the smooth delicate flavour which makes this a classy wine, to be drunk above all with roast meats and game.
